THE 2008 V8 Supercar series

continues on Prime with round four

live from Perth.

Following the street race in

Hamilton, New Zealand, two weeks

ago, the V8 Supercar circus has

headed west across the Nullarbor

to Perth's Barbagallo Raceway for

the Bigpond 400.

The key for the drivers is to

successfully negotiate 2.4 kilometres

of bitumen that requires the

utmost respect.

Because for those who stray from

the course, deep sand awaits that

will surely ruin their day.

Reigning V8 Supercar champion

and home-town hero Garth Tander

(pictured) will be looking to repeat

his 2007 dominance after a hattrick

of race wins.
