MELBOURNE Victory flew to Perth yesterday for today's match against Perth Glory. Victory lost its first game in the Pre-Season Cup, conceding a goal in the last minute to finish 2-1 to Adelaide United last week. While captain Kevin Muscat is out for another week with a hamstring injury, the rest of the team is under pressure to improve on last week's performance. "We had eight players out last week but it was no excuse. We were really disappointed not to win the game" coach Ernie Merrick said. -- LUCY BATTERSBY
