WOLLONGONG'S U-Brew It store won a big award last week when it was named New U-Brew It Franchise of the Year at the national U-Brew It Conference in Perth.
Franchisee Damien Perusco said the business had been highly successful since it opened in September 2007.He said the award was judged on four criteria and the assessors said it had displayed outstanding initiative in the start-up phase, had outstanding attention to planning detail, continuously maintained a positive outlook and applied itself to all aspects of the franchise in a positive manner.U-Brew It Pty Ltd director Peter Hodyl said the potential customer was always the main focus of the Wollongong franchise and nothing was ever too much trouble.He said U-Brew It Wollongong had recorded the most successful start-up operation of any of the 17 U-Brew It franchises in the company's 10-year history.
