Man Charged for Killing Kangaroo

An 18-year-old has been charged with Cruelty to an Animal after it was claimed he killed a kangaroo in Dawesville, Perth, in Western Australia.
Police investigated reports in Perth early yesterday morning that a group of males were abusing a kangaroo.
They found a decapitated kangaroo at Estuary Road, Dawesville in Perth. Police then conducted a search warrant on a house in Dawesville and found items used as weapons that may have been related to the killing.
The man will appear in the Mandurah Magistrates Court in Perth on 20 February on his charge of Cruelty to an Animal.
