- Art vs Science will tour Australia on the back of their successful debut album The Experiment. The three-piece Sydney band will play five state capitals in June and July with the timing of the tour making a festival stop at Splendour In The Grass likely. The band plays The Enmore in Sydney on July 8.- Canadian singer kd Lang will return to Australia in November for a seven-date tour, playing a mix of arena-sized shows and outdoor concerts. During the tour Lang will perform alongside her new band Siss Boom Bang, the first time the star has collaborated so closely with a defined group since The Reclines almost 20 years ago. Their new album, Sing It Loud, made in Nashville with many of its tracks recorded live, is released tomorrow. It will be Lang's first studio release since 2008's Watershed romped to the top of the album charts in Australia and the US and catapulted her career. kd Lang will play Canberra AIS Arena on November 7 and the Sydney State Theatre on November 9 and 10.- In the middle of a highly successful world tour, Miami Horror have announced their last Australian shows for 2011. With Ballarat's Gold Fields in stride, Miami Horror will hit Ballarat, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, Melbourne, Bateau Bay and Sydney. The tour launches the group's fifth single Summersun from their acclaimed full-length, Illumination. The tour hits Sydney's Metro on July 16.
